Shipping Policy

Coconut's Green Market ships direct from our Philadelphia, PA supplier facility. 

We ship by ground, UPS, USPS, or Surepost. If UPS shipping is not available in your area, your package will be shipped automatically via standard USPS mail.

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders placed after 7 AM (EST) may not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may deliver your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

Our shipping software in the warehouse, Clippership, will rate shop when your finished package is weighed and select the most economical method of shipping based on weight and destination. 

UPS Surepost is faster than USPS but cheaper than UPS Ground. With Surepost UPS takes the box to the NEAREST POST OFFFICE and lets the letter carrier deliver "the last mile" to your home.

Clippership will automatically select USPS for PO boxes and APO and FPO since UPS cannot deliver to those. We do not currently offer overnight or two day guaranteed shipping. All returned Product(s) must be unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

UPS picks up at our facility at 8:30pm, 12 midnight and 1:30am EST Monday - Friday evenings. As of April 2013 we have added a Sunday night shift and UPS picks up Sunday Evening for the items we pick and pack Sunday afternoon and early evening. USPS picks up once a day at 5:30pm EST Monday -Friday.

Returns Policy

All returned Product(s) must be unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Pre-approval for returns must be received by Coconut's Green Market within 15 days from the shipment date of the Product to the shipping destination. Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting Coconut's Green Market at info@coconutsgreenmarket.com for a RMA#. The RMA# must be assigned by Coconut's Green Market before the Product is shipped back to our warehouse facility. Any product defect issues past this 15 day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the Product. 

Any return Product(s) that arrives used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. Notification of rejected returns are sent via email and may incur a service fee.
